Terms of Service

ImgtoImg Team operates imgtoimg.co and its image-generation and editing tools. In these terms, “ImgtoImg,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ImgtoImg Team. “You” means the person using the service or an organization you are authorized to represent. Contact us at support@imgtoimg.co.

Please read these terms before creating an account, submitting an image request, or purchasing credits. By taking those actions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit new requests or purchases; you can contact support about an existing account or order.

Our Refund Policy explains purchase refunds. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and privacy requests. Neither these terms nor the Refund Policy removes rights that applicable law gives you.

You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required in your location, and have the legal capacity or authorization needed to use the service and make purchases. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, obtain any parent or guardian permission required by applicable law. ImgtoImg is not directed to children below these minimum ages.

Sign in to upload reference images, generate images, and access your saved work. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Contact support@imgtoimg.co if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Do not share or sell account access, impersonate another person, or create accounts to exploit free credits or rewards. If you act on behalf of a business or client, you must have authority to do so and permission to process the images and other content you submit.

ImgtoImg offers text-to-image generation, image-to-image editing, two-image combining, photo-to-painting conversion, and further edits to generated versions. We access image models through external generation services. Available models, settings, and credit costs are shown in the editor and on the pricing page.

• Generation settings: Initial requests can produce 1–4 images. Each follow-up edit produces one new image. Free accounts can generate at 1K; paid credit packs support 1K, 2K, and 4K settings.
• Editing limits: Prompts and area marks guide the model; they do not lock pixels or guarantee exact preservation. Faces, text, logos, colors, proportions, and details outside a marked area can change.
• Downloads: PNG, JPG, and WebP raster downloads are available. A PNG file is not necessarily transparent. We do not provide SVG, PSD, or editable layers. Free-account downloads include a preview watermark; paid downloads omit ImgtoImg’s preview watermark, but a model may still produce marks or text in an image.
• Output review: Results may be inaccurate, unsuitable, similar to other users’ results, or different from your prompt. Review the actual downloaded file before relying on it, sharing it, or using it for a client.

Generation time and availability depend on the selected model and external providers. A paid pack does not guarantee a particular queue position, completion time, or exact creative result.

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. The pack, currency, price, credits, and any applicable charges are shown before payment. Waffo processes current checkout payments; support may use Creem to handle historical Creem purchases.

Purchased credits do not expire. Credits are for using ImgtoImg, are not money, and cannot be transferred or traded through the service. They are not redeemable for cash except through an eligible purchase refund or a remedy required by law. Non-expiry does not mean we can guarantee the service will operate indefinitely; see Our Responsibilities and Your Legal Rights.

New accounts currently receive 6 signup credits. Daily check-in rewards are available when shown in your account. Their current amounts and eligibility are shown in the relevant interface. Free rewards have no cash value. Do not assume a first-purchase bonus is included unless it is explicitly offered before your purchase.

Uploading alone uses no generation credits. We deduct the displayed total when a generation request is created. The cost depends on the model, resolution, and number of outputs. Every follow-up edit or variation is a new charged generation. For example, four outputs cost four times the displayed per-image rate.

Payments must be confirmed before credits are added. If payment succeeds but credits do not appear, contact support with the account email and order reference. Avoid paying again for the same order while its status is uncertain.

Approved payment refunds reverse the corresponding credited amount. If the available credit balance is insufficient, the shortfall in credits is recorded as an outstanding credit adjustment and can be deducted from a later purchase. This does not create a separate automatic card charge. Contact support if an adjustment appears incorrect.

Confirmed technical generation failures are handled by restoring the affected generation credits. In a batch, restoration applies to failed outputs, not outputs that completed successfully. For example, if three of four images complete and one fails, the failed image’s credit charge is restored.

A successful image that you dislike for reasons such as style or composition is not automatically a technical failure. If an image is unavailable, a task is stuck, or credits were not restored after a failure, contact support so we can investigate. This distinction does not limit any statutory remedy for a defective or misdescribed service.

Under our voluntary refund policy, you may request a credit-pack purchase refund within 7 days of purchase if no generation or follow-up edit requested after that purchase has completed successfully on your account. This account-level rule applies regardless of whether purchased or reward credits were used. See the Refund Policy for details.

Duplicate, unauthorized, missing-credit, and other payment issues, as well as statutory remedies, are reviewed separately.

The 7-day window is 168 hours from the payment provider’s payment-success time. Timeliness is based on when your request reaches us, not when support replies.

Pending tasks are reviewed against their final outcome; asking for a refund does not cancel them. Avoid new requests during review.

An eligible ordinary refund covers the amount paid for that order, rather than a routine cash conversion of remaining credits. The Refund Policy explains special cases and partial refunds.

Credit restoration and a cash refund are different remedies. Our usual handling of a technical failure does not prevent you from requesting a remedy to which you are legally entitled. Contact support@imgtoimg.co with your account email, order reference, and relevant generation details.

Your inputs. You retain the rights you already hold in uploaded images, prompts, and other material. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it, have it processed by us and our providers, and use the resulting output. This includes relevant copyright, trademark, privacy, and likeness permissions.

Permission to process content. You permit us and the providers needed to fulfill your request to host, copy, transmit, process, and modify your submitted content and results for generation, editing, storage, account display, and necessary support, safety, and legal handling. This is a non-exclusive permission for those purposes, not a transfer of your input ownership or a general license to use your images in our advertising. Data processing and provider practices are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Commercial use. Images generated while your account has valid paid access from a completed credit-pack purchase may be used commercially, subject to these terms and third-party rights. This includes images generated using signup or check-in rewards while that paid access is valid. Eligibility is based on your account’s paid status when the image request is submitted, not on which credits are deducted.

For this rule, valid paid access means access supported by a completed purchase that remains valid and has not been refunded, partially refunded, or reversed. Another valid paid purchase may still provide paid access.

Images generated before that paid access began are not automatically authorized for commercial use by a later purchase. Contact support if you need confirmation for an earlier image.

Refunds or payment reversals can remove paid access for future requests; they do not automatically revoke commercial-use permission already validly granted for an earlier image. Fraudulent purchases or other rights violations remain subject to these terms and applicable law.

This permission does not grant rights to someone else’s photos, characters, trademarks, likenesses, or other protected content. You must obtain the permissions needed for your inputs and intended use.

Limits of output rights. Permission to use an image is not a guarantee that it qualifies for copyright protection, is exclusive to you, or is free of third-party claims. Other users may receive similar outputs. We cannot grant rights we do not hold or override applicable laws or third-party rights.

Platform rights. The website, software, branding, and other platform materials belong to ImgtoImg or their respective licensors. External models, open-source components, and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. Your permission to use generated images does not give you ownership of those platform materials.

You may use the service for lawful personal, educational, creative, and permitted commercial purposes. You must not submit prompts or images, generate content, or use results for:

• Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content.
• Graphic violence, severe injury, or gore.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, or exploitation or endangerment of children.
• Hate speech or incitement targeting people based on protected characteristics.
• Fraud, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual depictions of real people, harassment, or violations of privacy.
• Copyright, trademark, or other rights infringement, or other unlawful activity.

Do not bypass safety screening, account access controls, payment checks, credit charges, or usage limits. Do not exploit rewards, access other users’ work, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or use unauthorized automation to extract data or generate at scale. The editor’s built-in multi-output feature is permitted.

Text prompts are screened before generation through external safety services. Passing a check does not certify that an input or output is lawful or safe. Checks can make mistakes or be unavailable; a request may be blocked or delayed. You remain responsible for reviewing your content and its intended use.

To appeal a safety decision or report misuse or infringement, email support@imgtoimg.co with a description, the affected generation or content reference, and information supporting your report. For an infringement report, identify the work or right, explain your ownership or authority, and include contact details. Do not send prohibited images as email attachments.

Your prompts, reference images or links, and generation settings are sent to external services to fulfill requests and perform safety checks. Please read the Privacy Policy for the providers involved, storage and retention, analytics choices, and privacy requests.

Saved work is associated with your account, but reference-image links may be accessible to anyone who obtains them. We do not offer a guarantee that external providers perform no training or retain no data. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material if you require protections that have not been specifically agreed.

Download and keep your own copies of important work. The work-history feature is not a promise of permanent archival storage. Clearing browser data or signing out does not delete server-side work. Contact support for account or content deletion requests, subject to the retention rules explained in the Privacy Policy.

External services can affect model availability, processing time, safety decisions, and results. We do not promise a direct contractual relationship or endorsement between you and a model brand shown in the editor.

We may block a request, limit access, or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address a suspected security incident, fraud, non-payment, misuse, or a violation of these terms. Urgent protective action may be taken before notice. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to contact support or appeal.

You can stop using the service and request account closure through support. Access to saved work may end when an account is closed, so download work you are entitled to keep beforehand. Personal-data handling remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Suspension or closure does not automatically eliminate your statutory rights or entitle us to keep every unused payment. Outstanding orders, credit adjustments, refund requests, and unused paid balances are considered in light of the reason for closure, the applicable purchase terms, and consumer law. Contact support to resolve these matters.

We aim to provide the service described to you with reasonable care and skill. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular processing time, exact preservation of image details, or that every generated result will meet your creative preferences. Maintenance, technical faults, and external-provider outages can interrupt service.

We remain responsible for obligations and remedies required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing removes mandatory rights relating to defective or misdescribed digital content or services, refunds, cancellation, or other consumer remedies.

You are responsible for having the required permissions for your inputs, reviewing generated results, and using them lawfully. These responsibilities do not release us from our own legal obligations. We do not guarantee that an image is suitable for a regulated, medical, legal, or other sensitive decision.

If a material service problem prevents use of paid credits, or we discontinue the service, contact support about the remaining balance and an appropriate remedy. Purchased credits not expiring is not permission for us to disregard your rights when we cannot provide the purchased service.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. We will update the date on this page. For material changes affecting your rights or use of the service, we will provide reasonable advance notice and explain when the change takes effect, except where an urgent legal or security requirement makes advance notice impracticable.

Changes do not retroactively remove rights or remedies already arising from a purchase. If you do not agree to a material change, stop submitting new requests or purchases and contact support about your existing account and unused paid credits. Where applicable law requires express agreement, continued use alone does not replace that requirement.

We will review the issue and explain the available resolution. Contacting support does not waive your right to seek remedies through a competent court or applicable consumer or regulatory body.

Nothing in these terms requires a consumer to waive mandatory protections available under applicable law in their place of residence or to use mandatory arbitration.
