Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?
Each credit pack is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring charge. Sign in to buy a pack and receive the credits in your account once payment is confirmed.
Can I try image-to-image editing before buying credits?
Yes. Create an account and sign in to receive 6 signup credits for 1K generation. At current rates, that covers up to 2 GPT images or 3 Nano Banana images. Follow-up edits also use credits. Free-account downloads include a preview watermark.
Try the image editorDo multiple outputs and follow-up edits use extra credits?
Yes. Each output is charged separately, and every follow-up edit or variation is a new charged generation. Multiply the model's per-image rate by the number of outputs. For example, four GPT Image 2 images at 2K use 20 credits. Uploading an image alone uses no generation credits. Check the total in the editor before submitting.

Choose based on how many generations you expect to make. Every paid pack includes the same listed models and supports 1K, 2K, and 4K; packs differ in credit amount and price per credit. Starter's 110 credits cover up to 22 GPT images at 2K. Allow credits for retries and follow-up edits: a generated image is not guaranteed to be a usable final result.
Compare credit packsDo purchased credits expire, and can I add more later?
Purchased credits do not expire or reset each month. You can buy another pack on the same account and keep your unused balance. If a previous payment refund left an outstanding credit adjustment, it may be deducted from a later purchase. See the credit terms for details.
Read the credit termsWhat can I download with a paid credit pack?
You can download PNG, JPG, and WebP images without ImgtoImg's preview watermark while your account has valid paid access. These are raster files, not SVG, PSD, or editable layers. PNG does not guarantee a transparent background, and the model may still generate marks or text. Choose 2K or 4K before generating if you need a higher-resolution output.
Read download and editing limitsCan I use generated images for commercial projects?
Yes, if your account has valid paid access when you submit the image request. Signup and check-in credits used during that access qualify too. A later purchase does not automatically authorize earlier free-account images. Refunded, partially refunded, or reversed purchases do not provide paid access, but do not automatically revoke earlier valid permissions. You must have permission for your inputs and intended use. Commercial permission does not guarantee copyright protection or exclusive rights.
Read the commercial-use termsWhat happens if an AI generation fails?
Confirmed technical failures restore the credits charged for the failed output. If only part of a batch fails, only those failed outputs are refunded in credits. A completed image you dislike is not automatically a technical failure. If a task is stuck or credits have not been restored, contact support with the generation reference. This does not limit any statutory remedy.
Contact SupportCan I get a refund after buying credits?
You may request a voluntary purchase refund within 7 days (168 hours) of payment success if no generation or edit requested after that purchase has completed successfully on your account. Requests using reward credits count too. The deadline is when your request reaches us. A refund request does not cancel pending tasks; eligibility depends on their final outcome.
